Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible service to all of our customers, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, we will charge you 50% of the service cost. This policy ensures that our stylists can manage their schedules efficiently and provide the best service possible to all of our customers.
